Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver tennis coaching sessions for students across Years 7–12 (or as applicable)
- Develop players’ technical skills, game strategy, fitness, and confidence
- Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive participation
- Support school training sessions, competitions, and sporting events
- Provide encouragement and constructive feedback to students
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Sport and coaching staff
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in line with school expectations
About YouYou will demonstrate: - Experience coaching tennis, ideally with school-aged students
- Relevant coaching qualifications/accreditation (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students of varying skill levels
- Reliable, organised, and professional approach
- Passion for supporting student wellbeing and participation in sport
You will need to have the following qualifications: - Tennis Australia Coaching Qualification (or overseas equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
