Loreto Kirribilli is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Choreographer to join the creative team for our 2027 School Musical. This contract opportunity is ideal for a creative dance professional who enjoys working with young people and is passionate about developing engaging performances that inspire confidence and creativity.

Working alongside the Director, Musical Director and Producer, you will create and teach choreography that complements the production, enhances storytelling and enables students of all experience levels to perform with confidence.

As Choreographer, you will:

• Create engaging, age-appropriate choreography that reflects the style and storytelling of the production.
• Teach choreography clearly to students with a range of dance abilities.
• Adapt choreography to suit different skill levels, cast sizes and performance spaces.
• Develop movement that enhances character, storytelling and stage presence.
• Plan and lead structured, effective rehearsals.
• Promote safe dance practices, including appropriate warm-ups and movement techniques.
• Provide constructive feedback to support students' growth and performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Director, Musical Director and Producer to ensure choreography aligns with the overall artistic vision.
• Work with the production team to ensure choreography is practical for staging, costumes and technical requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience choreographing musical theatre productions.
• Experience teaching or mentoring performers of varying ages and abilities.

Production Schedule

Rehearsals are held after school on Tuesdays and Fridays, with some Sunday rehearsals as required.

• Performances: 24–26 February 2027 at Loreto Kirribilli

School Maintenance Officer & Bus Driver

About the role

Reporting to the Property & Facilities Manager through the Property & Facilities Supervisor, you will:

• Carry out general maintenance and repair work, including painting, tiling, gyprock repair, and minor plumbing.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and regular inspections of buildings and plant equipment.

• Assist with setups and logistics for school events, assemblies, and functions.

• Drive the school’s 24-seater bus for excursions, sport, and other school activities.

• Support contractor coordination and compliance.

• Complete daily mail runs and assist with deliveries as required.

• Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records.

• Promote safe work practices and uphold all WHS requirements.
  Support and uphold the Catholic values and ethos of the School.

About you

You are a dependable, skilled, and solutions-oriented individual who brings:

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance, repairs, or facilities operations.
• A current MR Driver’s Licence (or willingness to obtain).
• A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and National Police Check.
