We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant – Performing Arts to support the daily operations of our thriving Performing Arts Faculty (Music, Dance and Drama).

Reporting to the Head of Performing Arts, this role is central to the smooth operation of the Faculty, supporting both curriculum and co-curricular programs. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Performing Arts Faculty

• Supporting the organisation of music, dance and drama events, concerts and performances
• Liaising with tutors, staff and the wider school community
• Managing communications, calendars and faculty documentation
• Assisting with compliance requirements, including risk documentation and copyright obligations
• Supporting event logistics, including occasional after-hours attendance

About the role...

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of the School’s accounts payable function.

Key responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare and process electronic payments

• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with internal controls

• Assist with month-end processes and reporting

• Respond professionally to internal and external finance enquiries

• Support the Finance Team with general administrative tasks as required

About you...

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance Officer role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

The Soccer Coach will be responsible for leading the Firsts team throughout Term 3, delivering engaging and purposeful training sessions and supporting students during competition.

Working closely with staff, students, and families, you will foster both individual growth and team success while promoting a positive sporting culture aligned with Loreto Kirribilli’s values and commitment to student wellbeing.

• Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate soccer training sessions
• Prepare and coach the Firsts team for trials, training, and competition
• Develop students’ technical skills, game understanding, teamwork, and confidence
• Provide constructive feedback and positive encouragement to support student growth
• Promote sportsmanship, commitment, resilience, and respectful behaviour

• Collaborate with school staff regarding team organisation, communication, and match-day requirements

About the Role

This fixed-term, part-time position is worked during school term time only across four days per week. Training sessions are conducted before and after school, with the opportunity to support PDHPE classes during the school day.

Reporting to the Director of Sport, you will play a key role in enhancing the physical development, performance of students and staff. Through the design and delivery of innovative and engaging strength and conditioning programs, you will help foster a positive culture of health, fitness and lifelong participation in physical activity.

• Design and implement strength and conditioning programs for individuals and groups, catering to a wide range of fitness levels and goals for both students and staff
• Support athletic development across a range of sports and skill levels
• Provide professional instruction in the safe and effective use of gym equipment and proper exercise techniques.
• Promote best practice in movement, conditioning and injury prevention
• Monitor student progress and adapt programs to meet individual and team needs
• Collaborate with coaches, PDHPE staff and other key stakeholders
• Foster a positive, inclusive and motivating training environment that encourages participation and engagement. 
• Regularly inspect gym equipment and facilities, reporting any faults, damages, or safety concerns promptly to the Fitness Centre Manager
• Ensure the gym area is kept clean, tidy, and organised at all times, adhering to health and safety standards
• Support PE teachers in the delivery of curriculum and extracurricular programs when required

You are an energetic and knowledgeable coach who is passionate about developing young athletes and helping students achieve their potential.

You will bring:

• Qualifications in Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Science or a related discipline
• Experience working with adolescents and/or within a school or sporting environment
• Strong knowledge of strength and conditioning principles, injury prevention and safe training practices
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to motivate and engage students with varying levels of experience and ability
• A collaborative, professional and proactive approach

Essential Requirements

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Relevant certification and/or professional accreditation in Strength and Conditioning, Exercise Science, Sport Science or a related field.
